FLAVOR: Orange blossom honey is highly prized, and tastes much like orange, and with it's unique flavor, is ideal as a table honey. Orange blossom honey has a bold fresh flavor that will shine through and we recommend using this honey in recipes which the end result is a significant honey taste.

Since an infant's digestive juices are non-acidic, ingestion of honey creates an ideal medium for botulinum spores to grow and produce sufficient levels of toxins to cause infant botulism.
