Who are We

The "MARMALADES", produced by Apinatura are processed with fresh honeys and fruits. All fruit is locally produced, grown and matured in an entirely untainted environment and, for this motive, the marmalades acquire a particularly wonderful taste. Black locust honey is used in place of sugar, and, in this way, the marmalades pick up from the honey a really unique taste, particularly pleasant for all those people who, for diet or pathologies, cannot ingest glucose. The Locust Honey and, generally, all the "liquid" honeys  have a low content in glucose and a high content in fructose, the "natural", easily digested sugar.
