The San Lorenzo vine plant which
is born from the assembly of wine from the grapes, which are separately made
into wine and aged: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Before
bottling the exact proportion that is needed for the mix is decided, but
only after a serious tasting from barrel to barrel.
San Leonardo is ruby red, with
garnet hues, it has a noteworthy bouquet intensity, from green peppers to
small wild berries with a background note of vanilla.
The taste is full, warm and pleasant with an aromatic intensity that lingers
on the palate.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Merlot 10%
Ageing: First months in large metal vats, then in French barrels
for the first, second and third pass.
Alcohol Content: 13 % vol.
