The 2001 harvest presents a warm
and mature palate with a bouquet of red fruits and a controlled tannin
extraction which does not suffocate the development of the taste.
As a ritual the inhabitants of Piacenza never drink out of a glass but
instead use exclusively a white bowl which is so typical of the taverns or “osteria”.

Ageing: 12 months in barrels.
