It is ruby red with purple hues. Intense aromas of fresh berries mark the nose. Red current, mulberry and raspberry blend with cyclamen and mossy notes. It is also possible to find hints of chocolate and mint (After Eight’s). It has such a fruity flavor, that it feels as if the fruit can be bitten into, this is supported by fresh tannin of strong character. The level of acidity is well balanced. Nero d’Avola, is mature, supple and rounded. It also shows a gentle side as the Syrah dominates with its softness, while the Merlot contributes with discretion and class.
