Golden yellow in
color, with
greenish hues. Has an intense and fruity aroma with notes of cedar and of
mature apricots combined with the light balsamic hints of mint and sage. To
the taste it is dry and elegant. The acidic level is balanced from the
fusion of alcohol and woody aromas.

Ageing Period:
Fermentation and ageing in oak barrels, these should be 50% new and 50% one
year old.
Ageing potential: To be
drunk immediately, or up to 6-8 years of ageing.
Grape variety: Chardonnay 100%
